Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to every order placed at SoftSultryAttireStudio.com, operated by THE AGE COMPANY PTY LIMITED.

We provide complimentary free shipping for all orders, with no minimum spend requirement. Free shipping is available to the following destinations: all countries within Europe, the United States of America, Hong Kong SAR, and Australia. Expedited shipping is not offered at this time.

After successful payment confirmation, your order will enter processing within 1 to 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and Australian public holidays. Once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, we will send a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders shipped within Australia typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Shipments to the United States and Hong Kong SAR usually take 7–14 business days. Deliveries to European nations generally take between 10–20 business days. Delays may arise from customs clearance, carrier disruptions, international logistics interruptions or public holidays, and we cannot be held liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

You are solely responsible for any local import duties, customs taxes, levies or administrative fees imposed by your local customs authority upon arrival of your parcel. These charges are not covered by our free shipping service.

Please carefully verify your delivery address before completing checkout. If you enter an incorrect address and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, you will be responsible for any additional redelivery costs. If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of the marked delivery date so we can launch an investigation with our courier.
