Return policy

SoftSultryAttireStudio, operated by THE AGE COMPANY PTY LIMITED, accepts eligible returns and issues refunds under the conditions laid out in this policy.

You may submit a return or refund request within 30 calendar days of the date you receive your order. To qualify for return, all items must remain unused, unwashed, free of stains or damage, preserved in original packaging, and retain all attached tags. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

If you receive an incorrect item, defective merchandise, or goods damaged in transit, please contact us promptly and supply clear photographs of the product and outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for valid claims at no extra cost to you.

If you return an item for personal reasons such as unsuitable fit, colour or style preference, you will bear the cost of return shipping. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to reject returns that fail to satisfy our return criteria. All sale, clearance and final-sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order on our website.

All return requests must be sent to info@softsultryattirestudio.com before you ship any goods back to us. We will provide you with formal return instructions and our designated return address.
